How do I go about placing an order?
The first thing you should do is to send us an email and we can begin discussions on what miniatures you would like painted and to what level. Once we have a basic idea of what you want we can sketch out some costing and time estimates for you and then you can decide whether to proceed or not.
Do you provide the miniatures?
We are able to source and supply miniatures but this will have an affect on how billing you goes. The miniatures we source will be charged at the RRP of the manufacturer. If you would prefer to send us your miniatures to paint then this is fine but please be aware we are based in Japan and if you are sending a large amount the postage could creep up on you.
How long will it take to get my painted minis back?
This is totally dependant on the amount of miniatures you want painted and the quality. When you contact us to enquire about a project we will discuss the time we expect it to take at that time.
How do I pay for your services?
We accept Paypal payments as it is fast and easy.
When do I have to pay?

We work in one of two ways depending on whether you want us to source the minatures for you or not:

1. If we source the miniatures then once you tell us what you require we will create an invoice to the value of the minis based on the RRP of the manufacturer and send it to you. Once you have payed this amount we will buy the miniatures. When the miniatures arrive we will contact you and at that point we require 20% of the final fee up front. We then paint your minis making sure to keep you updated as to our progress and when the miniatures are complete we will send you a link where you can see the miniatures in their finished state. If you are happy with them you will then pay the remaining amount plus shipping fees and we will send out the miniatures.

2. If you send the miniatures to us, the above process is changed in that you will not be required to pay for any miniatures but the 20% advancement remains the same as does the final payment.

Should a client fail to pay the final payment fee then we reserve the right to keep hold of the miniatures indefinately. You will be required to sign an agreement to this effect when you decide that you wish to take us up on our services. Nothing is more frustrating than spending weeks working on an army for someone only to find they have lost interest and don't wish to pay for the models. However we are a friendly bunch and are willing to work with everyone as best we can to sort out any problems as and when they arise.

Do I have to pay shipping?
Yes. Once we have completed the order we will send a list of options for shipping. For a rough guide you can check the shipping calculator on the Japan Post website.
Will my models be safe in the post?
We will pack the models as carefully as we possible can. We are wargamers and collecters too so we know how upsetting it can be when a favourite model comes a cropper in the post. However once the models leave us they are in the hands of the postal service and we can take no responsibility for items damaged in the post. We strongly recommend you take out postal insurance.
